Fried Rice Balls

Make rice by directions on pkg. Mash it up. Add a little milk,

salt, flour, parsley and garlic salt. Make into balls. Fry. drain

on paper towels.

 

Tomato Gravy

1/2 cup bacon drippings

1/2 cup flour

1 tsp. black pepper

2 cups water or chicken broth (more if needed)

1 cup diced peeled fresh tomatoes

Add drippings to frying pan and heat. Add flour, salt and pepper.

Brown flour and add tomatoes and water. Let thicken as desired.
