does anyone know where I can download and print out personal fancy writing paper

I am guessing you mean just regular stationery that you would write on, and not necessarily for email programs? Here are some links for free stationery - some is for writing on, some are for email programs (which are noted).... hope this helps.

Also, if you have MS Word/Works on your computer, you should be able to make your own stationery. On MS Word, you can put a graphic of your choosing from either a disc or a file on your computer (and there are TONS of free graphic sites online), and MS Works has stationery templates that you can modify to your liking.
