Guest guest
You can get this done at your school also or your local family councling service. I have had my son tested at both places. His father and 1/2 brother have it so I am always on the look out with my son.
Guest guest
Sorry. School and Local counseling service is NOt the way to properly have your child diagnosed. THey do not deal with it day in and day out. Nor are most of them aware of the latest and greatest findings, studies, meds...etc. THe add.org site will tell you all this. Check it out! Maybe for you it worked out well. IMHO, if your child is going to be on meds, and monitored...(adjustment in meds is something that happens from year to year ) then a PROFESSIONAL doctor is needed. WOuld you want your child on meds if they did not need to be? Blueowl MomCalzMeNikki <momcalzmenikki wrote: You can get this done at your school also or your local family councling service.
