Guest guest Posted October 12, 2005 Report Share Posted October 12, 2005 Baked Snowball Granola Apples 4 large Macintosh apples 1 cup granola 1/2 cup maple syrup Flavored or plain yogurt for topping Core each apple. Fill cavity with granola, about 3 tablespoons per apple. Drizzle maple syrup into cavity. Place into slow cooker and add 1 inch of water to bottom of cooker. Cook on Low for 3 to 4 hours. Remove and top apples with yogurt so apple resembles a snowball. You may sprinkle additional granola on each apple if you like. My Religion is simple.
