Color Charged WaterAn ordinary glass of water can become medicinal when charged by sunlight. Fill a colored bottle with water -or- tape a piece of colored acetate around the bottle (You can even put a few drops of food coloring in the water if you can't find colored bottles or colored acetate) and let it sit in sunlight from six to eight hours. Even if the sun does not directly shine on the water it will still be charged. Drink a wineglass of the color-charged water whenever you need the healing effect of that color. (An example of this is drinking red water in the morning to wake one up or invigorate the person, and drinking indigo at night to relax). Below is a list of colors and their healing potentials. Black - An intense concentration of all colors, it absorbs light. This can give the false impression that black is the absence of color. It is actually the absence of color reflection. Think of this color as a black hole in space. It absorbs all light with little or no reflection back, thus it becomes a receptacle or a transporter for all that you don't need or want.
