Good morning:

 

I'm new to this list and have been enjoying all the input, and learning a lot.

I need to get the manganese and B12 complex, but I'm doing pretty well, taking

the following and would love to hear what the experts think about my regimen:

 

MSM 1000 mg x2, x2/day

DL-ALPH Vitamin E 300 IU x2, x2/day

Time Released Vitamin C w/Rose Hips 500 mg x2, x2/day

SAMe 200 mg x 1/day

 

And I'm vegetarian and lift weights every day faithfully. Pure water. My

biggest sin is drinking coffee in the morning, but otherwise it's water or green

tea.
