Guest guest
Hi; Just got back results for choletserol, triglycerides, LDL, and Homocysteine (all tests done nonfasting). All were significantly elevated but not as badly since i've been on a special diet of no soy, no gluten, no dairy, no cottonseed oil, no cashews, limited broccoli, and organic meats when i can find them and afford them. I've been the allopathy and imho this is a waste of time and money. I know niacin can help cholesterol but what about the others, and how much niacin is a starting dose for cholesterol (259)? Thanks for any info. jane
