Guest guest
Hi Bb, thanks for the kudos'! However I do not practice medicine, I try to only say that I take 4 to 8 grams of vitamin C a day and 2 to 4 grams of MSM. Everyone has different requirements. My posts are to help those who are ready willing and able to help themselves by quitting sugar, flour and adulterated food find out for themselves! My suggestions are often maligned; So I recommend that interested persons search out the data for themselves. If I state that vegetable and trans fats cause heart attacks who would believe me? But if I say there is a graph that would convince any scientifically oriented person with an open mind. And this graph is on the American Heart Association pages then It may help a few who can think for themselves. The answers to your questions are at www.Google.com please ask these questions there. Ask about Pauling, Rath, and Winston Price. Also join the Alternative Medicine forum that a CC of this has been sent to! Good Luck, Lorenzo clapton330 - Hello Lorenzo, Thank you for all the information. You are a wealth of knowledge on the subject. I was wondering however, about the vitamin supplements that you take. Can you tell me the dosage of the Co Q10, E, B Complex, selenium, Vitamin E and what is MSM? I hadn't heard of that one. Thanks again! Bb --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
