Guest guest
For the most part, the use of drugs is a health and social problem and not just a criminal problem as we have been taught to think. Trying to use just a criminal solution, I do not believe there will ever be enough jails to win the war on drugs. Jails and prisons do not teach people how to overcome or deal with addictions and drugs. To really confuse the issue, on the one hand we have a criminalization of illegal drugs and on the other the government's pushing legal drugs to one and all. They both cause addiction and destruction of health and life, but most people will never figure that one out.
