Dr. Rapp, author of the best-selling book, “Is This Your Child?”, will talk

about chemicals hurting us, our children, wildlife and our entire planet. She'll

onslaught of environmental chemicals, plus how to find and eliminate the causes

of their illnesses without taking pills to cover up symptoms.

By DORIS RAPP, MD

Internationally renowned physician

Best-selling author: " Is This Your Child?

In particular, she will talk about how chemicals damage:

Our immune systems, causing infections, allergies and cancer

Our endocrine systems, causing thyroid disease and diabetes

Our nervous systems, causing learning and behavior problems

Our reproductive systems, causing major sexual difficulties

Dr. Rapp has devoted much of her life to educating the public about how to find

and eliminate the causes of their illnesses, instead of taking pills for their

symptoms. She points out that many conditions and illnesses really have a hidden

allergy component; her goal is to help people pinpoint the causes of many common

conditions and illnesses--including ADHD, arthritis, autism and

endometriosis--and treat them without medications.

Dr. Rapp, who is Board Certified in Allergy Pediatrics and Environmental

Medicine, is the author of several best selling books, Including her most

recent: A Wake Up Call: How Chemicals Damage Your Body, Brain, Behavior and Sex;

The Chemical Timebomb: How to Protect You and Your Loved Ones; Is This Your

Child?: Discovering and Treating Unrecognized Allergies in Children and Adults;

Is This Your Child's World?; Allergies and Your Child; Allergies and the

Hyperactive Child and The Impossible Child.

Dr. Rapp received her M.D. degree from New York University's Bellevue Medical

College, after which she studied pediatrics and pediatric allergy and immunology
