Guest guest
Hi, I have a partial answer to sinus problems. Washing the sinuses daily or twice a day may help. Start with getting a water pic then purchase a rhinotip for it. see: sinushealth.com (it's about $20) With the rhinotip comes a recipe for normal saline to make yourself. use warm (not hot!) water. add 3-4 drops of grapefruit seed extract and or spray your sinuses with xclear when you are done. Lavage of the sinuses is an age old remedy used traditonally with the neti pot from India. Now ear nose and throat doctors are recommending it as conservative treatment with very good results. also read this book - Dr. Robert S. Ivker, in his best-selling book Sinus Survival says: " Of all the treatment options suggested in this book for curing chronic sinusitis, nasal irrigation is probably one of the most helpful. " (Pp. 73 3rd edition.) Best, Arrow
