Wayne,

You make a lot of sense in much of what you day. My research on HDL is that

it is very hard to raise. The one key indicator, C-Reactive Protein,

which measures general inflammation in the body, seems to be the real

indicator of cardiovascular health. Many in the field believe chronic

inflammation of the arterial walls is the real culprit in CAD.
