Hi Theresa,

I agree with Arrow's recommendations to you. I am a student of Homeopathy

(formally enrolled in school at this

time) and I have also had my whole family including the dogs helped via

homeopathy... the sinus " issues " that I

used to have are all cleared away now... I am also in FL and if I can assist you

to find a few well-respected

classical homeopaths to choose from then please feel free to write to me

privately and tell me where you are

located... patti

regards Patti

helped some. But my problem is that the

mucus either sinus drainage or chest congestion is mostly thick and is very hard

to drain either from my sinus or

to cough up.

Regarding the sinus congestion, have you tried rinsing

out your sinuses with warm water? Here's what you do:

Take a small teapot with a spout. Fill it with warm

water to which you have dissolved a little salt. Put

the spout of the teapot in one nostril. Standing over

a sink, slightly tilt your head until the water runs

through and runs out the other nostril. It feels

wonderful and cleans out your sinuses as well as the

tubes connecting from your ears to your sinuses.
