Hello Frank. Thank you for showing the proof about SSRIs. I would rather try

Sam-E (natural product) for depression since the Europe countries has been using

something like Sam-E for depression for years. I don't know alot of details

about what medications are good for which mental health issue, but I never did

like the idea of medicating people with drugs that have proven serious side

effects.

My sister-in-law tells me that the psychiatrists in Illininois where she lives

tell her that SSRIs give her son a better quality of life and yet I wonder if

that is true since he has had repeated episodes of suicidal depression since his

Junior year in High School. The doctor has had to change and adjust his meds

several times. My sister-in-law is a Dietitian and I thought she would be an

advocate for using nutritional values to help treat her son, but she never

mentions his diet or anything. All she mentions is his changes in meds and his

being hospitalized at least once or twice a year.

Thanks for providing so much valuable information to help us consumers make

better decisions for our health and our loved ones.

Best regards,

Faith
