I have been a member of this group for a while and have really

appreciated all the information I have been able to glean from it. I

have a 32-year-old son-in-law who I love very much. He has just been

diagnosed with degenerative bone disease. They told him he has the

back of a 50-year-old. I also have a dear friend that has it also

who is 52. She just went up to the Mayo Clinic and was evaluated.

My son-in-law works for an airline and is supervisor over the loading

of the planes. My question is, is there anything I can tell them to

be taking to either slow down or reverse this?

Hi Debora

You maybe can convince your friends to have their doctor give them a

test for Vit. D - test called 25(OH)D. This would eliminate or

exhibit the general cause for most diseases.
