Evening Joanne,

>> I believe that's what we have here! Sick people

Surely not everyone.

>Again, I repeat, we are not suggesting that healthy people stop

>drinking milk! However it is very often contraindicated in numerous

>instances including serious (irreversible) bone loss!

Glory be, I must have missed that. Now the hard question, just how

sick do I need to be, and in what manner, before I quit drinking milk?

I realize that it is near impossible to tell how sick or how healthy we

really are.

> Excessive calcium in any form can lead up to bone disease,

Very true, a wise statement.

I try to make some associations between plant nutrition and human

nutrition. While I am not a

" plant scientist " , I have friends that are. Some of these work with a

title of " Vegetable Scientist " . Others work in full time research. Others

are head of Horticulture departments of large colleges and managers of

research farms.

So, I can get answers to any question about plant nutrition,

deficiencies, insects, fungus and virus damage to plants, in sort

order. I wish the same was true about humans.

I have always found it fascinating and amazing that every major and

minor element deficiency in plants can be identified very quickly, at

least 99 % of the time. The cause and correction is written, just like

every move on a checker board. There is a move written to win, a move

written to loose, and a move written to draw.

Man's mind is exhausted on a the game of checkers. Not so for chess. At

one time, the game of checkers was considered a woman's game and a man that

played was frowned upon. Later a mathematician proved otherwise.

Where did all the Science go for humans. We are all in the dark ages

when it comes to identifying any nutrition problem.

Either the people in charge of our health, skipped school or don't give

a hoot. The only reason I know any doctors name, is to get blood analysis

when I want it.

These great people that watch after our health, make it " against the

law " for a blood lab to do any analysis without a doctors orders. They

play us for idiots and fools every day.

>Almost Immediately after my heart attack I stopped drinking milk

>and eating dairy foods and my health immediately started to improve.

>I've heard many others testify the same.

You and many others make a good court case for not using milk. I

suppose you would all win, in a court of law. If not for my keen personal

observations for many years, even I would believe all of it. <grin>

> Your family amazes me. They are SO healthy!

NO, ..... I have not told you about the sick ones. MY father died at

age 57 with Liver cancer. One of my daughters had breast cancer, another

is a diabetic. MY wife is very sick with cancer and lung infections for

nearly one year. I think my good health came from my mothers side of the

family.

>I hope their luck continues.

Some people have told me that I am lucky that I am not sick. I

considered it an insult. They did not have the facts on all the hours I

have spent studying health and nutrition. They had no ideas how many books

and subscriptions I have purchased over the years. Tons of money for sure.

My friends and family say, " they long to see the day when I am

sick " . I tell them, " likely your won't be around when that time comes " .

>> Most of us are still searching. I'm wondering why you're here. <LOL

You got my attention with that statement.

I am still searching for truth. I built my foundation on Adelle Davis.

Now many articles tell us she was wrong about key facts.

We must consider that during her era, a large per cent of the

information we have available did not exist. Considering what she had to

work with, I think here percent of error was acceptable.

Back to the statement, " why your are here " ?

Honestly, I never realized this list was only for sick people, and

never thought that everyone here was sick.

The more we learn, the more we find there is to learn. Many of the

complex search strings I use, return ZERO. A few nights ago, I became a

bit upset. The only information I could find was two or three article from

other countries.

Not one single article on a single American website. I suppose I could

steal a few of those and put them on my website.

The first step to learning is to realize that we know nothing. Who said

that?

Evening Wayne,

Who really knows. This is the way our system is set up. We suffer

in silence while allopathic medicine stands by laughing all the way

to the bank. There are scores of lives at stake. This is not an idle

game. The questions indicate that there are many who are suffering

from more serious illness. I believe very few are here to learn

preventive medicine.

if the email messages I receive are any indication of the

seriousness of the situation, there is a lot of terminal illness on

this group or situations which could very well be terminal if not

dealt with properly in time. I thank God for the lives which are

saved.

Any articles I post are for informational purposes only. This is the

fabulous thing about these groups. It is a personal choice!~ I fully

realize that not everyone will benefit from my messages. I am very

aware of this. HOWever if only ONE person finds his solution through

my efforts I feel that its well worth my while!

After all I wouldn't be here if someone hadn't been there for me!

Although at times I still wonder if its worth the time involved, I

feel compelled to give out the information I've gleaned from those

i've learned to know and trust.

Typically upper class america suffers in silence. That's the reason

I'm here anyway. I have felt the suffering and been a part of it. If

we only realize how our words impact those who are searching for

their answers we would have an entirely different view of the

seriousness of the situation!

> Now the hard question, just how

>sick do I need to be, and in what manner, before I quit drinking

milk?

That is a question we all have to answer for ourselves, if and when

the need arises! In my experience noone will have to tell you. When

and if you ever reach that point, you will be happy to give up

anything just to keep on living the life. I wanted to live to see my

grandchildren grow up. That was my main incentive.

>I realize that it is near impossible to tell how sick or how

healthy>we>really are.

So true. There was no indication of just how poor my health was. We

all think it will never happen to us. Then the day of reckoning

comes!

>Where did all the Science go for humans. We are all in the dark ages

>when it comes to identifying any nutrition problem.

Listen to your body. It will tell you! This is why it is so

important to be able to self diagnose. The physician can only guess

at the source of the problem.

>Either the people in charge of our health, skipped school or don't

>give a hoot. The only reason I know any doctors name, is to get

blood

>analysis when I want it.These great people that watch after our

>health, make it " against thelaw " for a blood lab to do any analysis

day.

Only if we let them. Why even deal with them.

True healing comes from within.

>Almost Immediately after my heart attack I stopped drinking milk

>and eating dairy foods and my health immediately started to improve.

>I've heard many others testify the same.

Lets not play by the same rules as orthodox medicine, they judge

everyone using the same criteria. As has been said before on this

list, we are all so very different. Because of this The healing

process is just so much trial and error.

Even if it works for my particular situation that does not mean it

may work for you and vice versa! The foods and supplements that are

contraindicated for me, your body may need.

That is why it is so important to specify in each message which

diseases benefit from each specific regimen and of course as always

it is their own PERSONAL choice.

I'm sorry to hear that. Now, I can see why you're here. I hope your

wife finds her answers and soon!

My Father lived to the ripe old age of 97, my mother passed away at

87 and my grandmother lived to see 97. Of course, they all lived in

a different day and age. We face different challenges than they EVER

did.

>My friends and family say, " they long to see the day when I am

sick " . I tell them, " likely your won't be around when that time

comes " .

Some friends, eh?!! Well Wayne, we just never know! Everyone was

looking for my mother to die first. She was troubled with high blood

pressure. But ironically it was my father who went first. This is

soemthing that's unbeknownst to us.

>> Most of us are still searching. I'm wondering why you're here.

<LOL

>You got my attention with that statement.

>I am still searching for truth.Back to the statement, " why you are

>here " ?Honestly, I never realized this list was only for sick

people, and never thought that everyone here was sick.

Ask Frank. <LOL

>The first step to learning is to realize that we know nothing. Who

>said that?

The first step in learning in my humble opinion is to be able to

sort out actual truth from fiction! There are many voices waiting

to be heard... 90% of which I don't believe. Especially if it comes

from a commerical internet site I have my doubts as to their

efficacy. There has to be three or four trusted sources in

agreement before I accept it as the gospel truth. In my opinion,

searching for health is interesting and important because our

environment is always changing and its important that we change with

it. Otherwise we'll be left behind.

Regards,

JoAnn
