Hi Wayne

Building a Sunlight Sauna sounds like a good idea. Would it have a UVB

source? The UVB is the ultimate health booster - not only for vitamin

D but no known harmful bacteria/virus can withstand UVB. The only

drawback to a sauna is sweat or showers can negate the vitamin D

production in our skin if washed out within one hour. An option to

get UVB in winter is a UVB source Tanning Lamp - an example:

They cost $130 - $230 and may be the best investment in your health

you could ever make. Another option is to buy tans at a tanning salon

where they have fresh bulbs that have the UVB source.

Let me know how you were planning to build a Sunlight Sauna?

I was thinking of building an Far Infrared sauna with a built in UVB

source - but don't know how to get around the sweat problem washing

off the UVB effect.
