Barb > except in strong deficiency calcium absorbtion is strictly regulated and limited to a maximum, if you take more calcium this does not mean that more is absorbed, vitamin D3 and K are the key factors that make sure that calcium is available where its needed, if they are high even 200 mg of calcium per day is enough, if they are low even 2 g of calcium are without effect.
