Guest guest
I take a coral calcium that is 1000mg. Dosage is 2 capsules to obtain the 1000mg.On the bottle it says 370 mg.per 2 capsules (from 1000mg coral calcium). Does this mean that only 370 mg. is being absorbed? Does this mean that I should be taking 1500 mg. of the absorbed calcium so that I get what I need for my age? Meaning I should be taking 8 capsules. I am post menopausal and usually take 4 capsules so I get 2000 mg. So am I absorbing only 740 mg.? Barb
