Evening JoAnn,

Gee, you must have a million of those articles featuring the bad effects of

milk.

Just when I have located a source of " fresh raw milk " , I get worried about

the ill effects.

I do read all of them, as my mind is open on the subject.

The phrase, " Foreign Protein in Cows Milk " was what got my attention.

>>> due to " foreign proteins in cows milk " it is also very bad for

autoimmune conditions and poor immune system function.

Therefore, I decided to search a bit before I replied. If you enter

the phrase,

" foreign protein in cows milk " into google, you get zero

returns. Very interesting.

By changing the methods to " foreign protein " + " cows milk " you get a

number of hits.

I read a few of them. Not one described the name of the foreign

protein. I suppose that is the name of it,

" foreign " .

I acknowledge that many people cannot tolerate milk. In most cases,

this can be traced to some other body chemistry problem.

I seriously doubt that any healthy person has a problem with milk.

In 1970 I used to lift weight with a very strong person. He held some

title, like power lifting, in Mississippi.

I was amazed when he told me he could not drink milk.

After 34 years, I have communicated with him recently. He has had heart

attacks, his wife is ill, and he has no health. Some genius doctor, 30

years ago, should have found out what his problem was, then he may have

been able to maintain health over the years.

Fact is, our food supply is so corrupt, so deteriorated, few foods offer

any nutrition at all.

Today, six eggs, raw milk, and trailmix has been my main foods. A few

servings of fruit, bananas, strawberries, and raisins, plus my

supplements, should put me ahead of 99% of the population.

( Usually only 16 ounces of raw milk per day)

I realize I stand a chance of contacting some pathogen from the raw eggs

and raw milk.

While researching the " foreign proteins " in milk, I came across the

statement about milk damaging the immune system.

We must all acknowledge that large amounts of misinformation about foods

exist.

Many of these people who are " anti-milk " are working with emotions, a

fixed mind set against milk, and act like a religious cult when writing

about milk. Even they research they reference is often flawed.

Where did they get any healthy people for a study?

Our grandparents and great grand parents, many of which lived to 90 and

beyond, stayed healthy for years due to milk being a major part of the diet.

I agree that a sick person may not be able to handle the " man tampered "

milk. It has " foreign fats " .

If anyone has not read the Mayo Foundation article, here is the link.

relates to the original message about

fluid retention. Anyone with ANY health problem should read this article.

Dear Wayne,

Dairy is a very controversial and complex subject. Although I

would like to address your concerns, this is going to be very brief

and to the point. The info you are seeking has been hidden in the

many Dairy articles that I have sent to the group during the past

few months.

There are no simple answers however it is important to search out

the whole truth. Apparently, the profit motive is strong and as you

say there are many and varied opinions circulating and very few

guarantees. We are on our own to sort through the maze of material.

However, guaranteed...there are no ulterior motives in anything you

get here.

All of the evidence points to the fact that irregardless of the

source of the Dairy,(other than goat milk, it's composition is

somewhat different) the fat globules in Dairy are not assimilated by

our bodies, to put it simply! The fat globules are " foreign " to our

bodies! They

are made for a baby a cow, for God's sake! Get the picture?

Ok lesson two is coming, get ready.

Our lymph system and pancreas process the wide assortment of fats

that we take in! Now remember our bodies can't process certain fats

very

well, especially those which were made for baby cows. The particles

are too large for either the pancreas or the lymph nodes to process!

The lymph nodes and pancreas become worn out trying to process

something that they were NOT MADE to process. The results are heart

and

cardiovascular problems and diabetes, both type I and type II!! The

proof exists!! Cow's milk is largely at fault for childhood diabetes

(type I) for which there is NO cure, and cow's milk is closely linked to

adult onset diabetes and hypoglycemia (sugars) which may be reversed with

proper supplementation and dietary changes!

It is also closely linked to the spread of Candida. (it's yeast content) AND

Colon problems (fats which cannot be digested)!

To add insult to injury, Dairy contains more additives and

pathogens than it ever did (thanks to mad cow and the Dairy

industry's dirty little secrets), but its the fats that I'm

primarily concerned with at the moment.

For your information, many of the 'downer' cows are confirmed Dairy animals!

Although there are other reasons for not using dairy which I will go

into later, I'm convinced its these fats that caused my heart

attacks.

Raw milk has more pathogens than any other variety. It doesn't take

a big leap of logic to realize that these may be linked to

the 'foreign particles' to Which Sandra Cabot was referring.

God Bless and Have a Great Day!

JoAnn
