It is a " mixed drink " supplement of vitamins and minerals. The first drink mix is mangosteen(a asian fruit), and aloe vera and green tea leaf extracts, this is the vitamin mixture. The other mix contains a full source of minerals. The mineral mix has all the minerals of kelp meal, but it is kiwi and strawberry flavored. Together they taste great. I have yet to get sick this year, when just about everyone in my house has. I have got more Vemma coming for them too. The best part is everyone in the family can take it.
