Hello all,

I am new to the site and i have read a few of the messages here and

like what i have read. you all seem to be very sincere about

helping others. I am just seeking knowledge in tryi8ng to go all

natural with everything because I do realize that it is all about

the money and that people that sell the products that are harming us

slowly but surely do give give a hoot about us. Pocket liners. I

have given up beef and pork and and noticed just with doing that

changes. You all have a good Thankgiving and Take Care.,..
