Guest guest
Hi.. I swish around colloidal silver for a long time and then spit out. I also mix hydrogen peroxide with colloidal silver and water and swish with that also. There is a product that is black powder called Dentie, that is good also. Usually mine are in good health, but one tooth was sore as I flossed. When I looked it was red and swollen. Any other remedies in treating gingivitis?<< You know I had the same problem as you. One area of my teeth were always tender, wouldn't bleed but were tender, and would hurt a bit if I flossed too much in that area. My dental hygenist did a a low scale scaling on my teeth. It wasn't the full blown kind where they go under the gum line, but rather above the gum line. And I swear ever since that was done it's as if I have new gums. No tender spots anywhere. And this was done about 7 months ago. I did have a small infection in the gums, in certain areas, and no longer have it. An infection anywhere in the gums is not a good thing. So, maybe think about asking your dental hygenist about it. I was so glad I did it, and I hate going to the dentist! I'm a huge BABY! lol Dawn
Guest guest
Hi Di, What you did sounds good. Also I will rinse with salt water as well. I always had bad checkups but I changed my floss from the thin glide to the original tape which is thicker and that seemed to help a lot. I think it is better at massaging gums than the thin floss. Also I use a sonicare electric. I think the key is to rinse with the peroxide daily. It might be " too much " using the baking soda and peroxide in the same course. At least, this was the case for me. Flossing and rinsing (swishing a few mins) with peroxide as I do house chores has really helped! good luck with it! I used a sonic toothbrush too - until I was told by a new hygienist that was the reason I was suddenly having problems with my gums. The problem is, they work too well, and vibrate your gums away from your teeth, creating deep pockets that then get infected. I went back to using a manual toothbrush, and the problem went away. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it... ....geminiwalker
Guest guest
Hi, I use Tea Tree Oil directly on my gums. Works great. Also, Miracle II neutralizer works. Guest guest
hai,you can try rock salt with mustard oil.take table spoon full of mustard oil and a pinch of rock salt mix them together and spread it over the entire denture.it is a strong anti-bacterial agent.leave it for atleast 20 to 30 minutes.it will produce saliva in the mouth or white spit .open your mouth a little bit from time to time and let the white saliva drop down.after half an hour spit out the entire stuff.allow another 10 minutes and then wash out your mouth with water.if u have time ,do it everyday you will never have any problem in your life.l Find out what India is talking about on - Answers India Send FREE SMS to your friend's mobile from Messenger Version 8. Guest guest
I will ask my dentist about it. I definitely had pockets measured 5- 6 that are now 4 and I use sonicare but I don't use it as long as they say (ie 2 minutes per quadrant). I probably do my whole mouth in 2 minutes. The pockets only got better also when I switched the floss. I also used an oil I got on ebay for gum problems so that could've helped too. Guest guest
I find massaging my gums when watching tv is good. I also love miracle ii too. If you can't find it locally let me know.It also is really good for cold sores on the lip. I have one spot that gets it if I'm in the sun without spf and this will zap it before it blows up.
