4 Key Points to Being Healthy

When wanting to be healthy there has to be some sort of regimen

followed to achieve optimum health.

 

1. Cleanse - meaning, our intestines and digestinal tracts are

covered with a sludge that needs to be cleaned off and the best way

to do this is with the dreaded F word. FIBER! But it's the best way

to cleanse our bodies.

 

2. Absorb - our bodies need to be able to absorb the nutrients we

take in and the vitamin's. The way to do this is with Enzymes.

Enzymes are one of most important things we need in our bodies to get

the proper absorbsion of foods. Yes some foods have Enzymes but with

all the processes foods go through now a days most of the enzymes are

killed. Plus, if you microwave your food the enzymes are killed.

 

3. Nourish - I'm sure everyone knows how much our bodies need to

be nourished, but it's important to not only nourish it with vitamins

but we need minerals and our greens and calcium not just the one

multi-vitamin that many companies sell. There is NO ONE Multivitamin

that has everything our bodies need in it.

 

4. Super Food or Turbo Charge - This is where a really good

product comes in. The only one I know of is Limu which has Fucoidan

in it. This works with everything above to keep it all working in

tip top shape.
