[Severe Stomach Problem]

Sorry for a late and delayed respose. (All becuase of my illness)

 

Hi I am Ahmad Wali Zahid, this post's originator. Thanks to everyone there and

specially to the ones who contributed to give me their valuable comments abt my

problem.

Dear all

 

I read ur comments and started planing and carefully analyzing all of them to

choose the ones that best suit me.

 

One thing to keep in mind is that as I have to stay in front of computer for

about ten consecutive hours and work with my back bent and constant

concentration over what I do. I sometimes get a headache as well. I cannot take

dispirine (for headache) caz it adds to my stomach saga.

 

Main outcomes and difficulties caused by my problem.

 

Constant pain beneath the lower part of my rib cage

Mild pain in the centeral abdomin

Abdomin gets inflated and results in irregular belching and grumbling

(So hard to belch that sometimes feels as if something has stuck in my stomach

track.

Constipation (When relieved I feel a bit comfortable)

Nausia

Pain in stomach when hungry

 

But some of these are the onesI hate the most, like:

Inflamation of my intestine which produces grumbling sounds and uneasiness

Difficulty and irregularity to belch (to allow air to come out of mouth with a

noise)

Nausia

I will appreciate if I could get some comments on how to deal with these

symptoms.
