Guest guest
Is he on formula? Each of my 3 sons had to go on soy milk. And my first son had to have it watered down a LOT to keep him from spitting it all back up, or rather vomiting it all back up (can't think of the correct term right now...projectile vomiting??). I really didn't see how he got any benefit from the formula it was so watered down, but he gained. My other 2 sons also ended up with soy milk, watered down too but not as much as my 1st son. They weren't born too early though, all about 3 weeks early, all from 5-6 lbs at birth. They all stayed on soy quite a while, oldest until around age 4 or more, the twins until...well, at least 2 or 3; hard to recall, now 17 yrs old! My oldest also easily choked on food, had to be mush or cut up WAY tiny. Got better as he grew older, but docs actually tested/looked to make sure all had developed right with swallowing. Does your's keep any type of baby food down better than others? Guest guest
Poor little guy! Was he a Caesarian? Try very gentle Reflexology.
Guest guest
you might want to switch him off cereal for a while. grains and meats are very acid forming. try to use just rice cereals and vegetables (both alkaline). There is a great book - if you can get it - by Herman Ahara called Acid and Alkaline. (Sorry to you macros out there - I butchered the spelling of his name I believe).
