Guest guest
Studies show that regular consumption of soy-based products cuts cancer risk. Soy helps to reduce the risk of breast cancer in post-menopausal women by lowering the level of endogenous oestrogen in woman's body. Soy contains protein and all the essential ammo acids as well. In addition, the isoflavanoids and liganans in soy are also known to be responsible for the reduction of prostate cancer. Also help in lowering one's total serum and LDL cholestrol levels. It may also relieve or alleviate menopausal symptoms. Regards, Semb http://99health.blogspot.com/
