Quitting Smoking - cream of tartar question

The thing about using Cream of tartar for getting rid of candida, the only

place I heard of it was from a local naturopath. Many of his clients

reported GREAT benefit from taking ctt daily and said it truly did take the

candida out. Sometimes it took months because they were badly infected with

candida, but taking the ctt twice a day--once in the morning and once at

night--worked. I asked the naturopath where he heard that from originally,

as all my web searching never came up with any information. He told me it

was from an old eclectic book, which is from a period of time here in the US

when there were eclectic doctors (doctors who used herbs) and wrote many

books that are hard to find today. I did ask a friend of mine who collects

eclectic books if he had ever read this remedy and he said no, but then he

doesn't own every eclectic book out there! :-0 So, you might just want to

give it a try and see if it helps you. It won't hurt you, even if it doesn

t help. CTT is a natural by-product of wine making, so it's beneficial in

many healthy ways.

Thanks Renee for your answer to my Cream of Tartar question. I have

started using it starting with 1/2 tsp every morning and night and are

increasing it little by little until I get it up to 2 tsp in the

morning and 2 tsp at night.

I went through a few days feeling a bit loopy as you do when detoxing

so it is really doing something.

This morning I woke up and felt a lot clearer in my head and had a lot

more energy.

So thanks for this valuable piece of information.

My mother is trying it for her loss of memory.

All the best

You're welcome Diana. I hope it also works for your mom. But that can depend

on the reason for her memory loss as to whether it will work or not. If the

loss is not from candida, and just from getting older or not using the brain

muscle so much :-) Gingko is actually VERY well known for increasing short

term memory as it brings blood to the brain. So does cayenne. If she can

stand hot stuff the very best is to make your own tincture out of gingko

leaves, hot peppers and rosemary. These 3 herbs are well known as brain

herbs. I'm afraid I don't have any gingko trees down here so can't send you

any formula, but you can buy a tincture of it in health food stores. Then

you can add some dried hot peppers to the tincture, and some dried rosemary.

Or tincture the hot peppers and rosemary together and then, after it sits

(macerates) for 2 weeks in vodka, strain and add it to the gingko tincture

you bought. Add a little at a time because it can get so hot you won't take

it. That's what happened to me! :-)
