Guest guest
Hi all, I want to get the best, most informative aromatherapy book out there. I need a book that goes into detail on how to use essential oils. Any recommendations? Thanks! Connie Access over 1 million songs - Music Unlimited. Guest guest
My favourite aromatherapy books are " Aromatherapy A - Z " by Patricia Davis and " The fragrant pharmacy " by Valerie Ann Worwood. They are both quite thorough and easy to understand. constance young <connieyounglmt wrote: Hi all, I want to get the best, most informative aromatherapy book out there. Guest guest
Hi, Connie! I enjoy *Essential Aromatherapy* by Worwood. It describes methods of distillation, overviews common essential oils, and cross-references oils by imbalance. It's a handy-dandy little guide, in my book!
