However they are still to high dangerously high and I do not want to ad another med. to my list. I have heard that Krill Oil is better does anyone have any personal experience with Krill oil vs. fish Oil? Thanks in advance and Happy Holidays to all. Guest guest
Johnny, I am taking Krill Oil. It has almost 400x the ORAC value of fish oil. It's so powerful that it doesn't have to be refrigerated! While I don't have a personal story about how it has helped my cholesterol, I know someone who does. He saw his total cholesterol go from 320 to 260 in only a few months by taking krill oil!!! Doctors have reported: 20% drop in total cholesterol (compared to only a 2% decrease when using fish oil.) 25% decrease in triglycerides (as compared to only a 4% decrease when using fish oil.) 44% decrease in LDL (compared to only 3% using fish oil.) 33% INcrease in HDL (compared to only 5% using fish oil.) Also important - krill are at the bottom of the food chain. There is no accumulation of mercury like you can find in fish oils! I can send you the studies and files I have that outline the benefits of krill oil if you'd like. -- Shana Clagg
