Guest guest
Foods high in vitamin E and soy isoflavones may prevent the onset of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The antioxidant power of vitamin E may reduce harmful oxidation caused by free radicals. Flaxseed oil may be beneficial for an enlarged prostate. Studies have shown that foods high in lycopene, such as tomatoes, as well as the active sulfur compounds in garlic, onions, leeks, shallot and chives, may all be potentially important prostate tumor inhibiting substances. Zinc may also prevent prostate problems. Rgds / http://99health.blogspot.com/
