Guest guest
Steve, Ephedra is known as a " heroic herb " , meaning it has potential for both good or harm, and should be used with care. I agree with you that it should not be passed out like candy. However, it is possibly the best medicine for asthma around. The whole plant has a history of thousands of years of safe use in Traditional . So, it doesn't agree with you. Some people die when get anywhere near peanut butter or are stung by a bee. Should we ban peanut butter, or bees? Let's practice common sense and treat it with respect, but don't be too eager to ban a substance that has saved many lives.
