Guest guest
Hi, Kumilela, I imagine others are more expert at this topic, but I found that valerian and passion flower helped anxiety and stress. Of coures proper nutrition, exercise, rest and water consumption are essential, and perhaps some sort of verbal counseling or therapy. Amino acids can really help me calm down, especially GABA, theanine, and tryptophan. (aka: 5htp) Camomile and hops are supposed to be calming and relaxing, but I have less personal experience, (or affinity), with them. Hot and cold baths are very calming and relaxing for me, especially in a hot spring environmnent, if you are near such a place. Guest guest
Lobelia. This lets your body take in more oxygen as well as calms the nerves and will take someone completely out of a Epileptic seizure. I know that Doc makes a Tincture of Lobelia that is extremely effective. It will calm any situation down that I know of. Doc also has a nerve formula that calmed down my wife's removal of her teeth. She needed no drugs to handle the pain, only Nerve Sedative formula. Check it out. www.AcademyofNaturalHelaing.com has the contact information for Doc. Guest guest
I do not wish to be ruled by fear. Countries have been destroyed by encouraging fear in the populace. Great way to grab power and control. If we invite a government agency onto this list, what do you think will happen? Also, won't all rs be under suspicion and have a spy agency checking them out? After all, who would be receiving these messages! Denise Pray the Rosary
