I buy a high quality product that is organic. It doesn't affect your blood sugar and insulin levels like sugars and is much healthier than sugar substitutes. If you're trying to lose weight and need a sweet treat it's great. But you'll find that avoiding a lot of carbs will lower your craving for sweets.
