Dear Pearlmoon,

This is a tough one as there is usually (if not "always") more than one factor involved here.

Sometimes they are also called "Liver" spots as well, but this can be misleading. Certainly the Liver is involved, but so are the Kidneys. There is also the HGH (Human Growth Hormone), other hormones, and mineral deficiencies to take into consideration as well. Lastly, this is one of those few instances where I feel genetics also plays a part.

Sooooooooo, how does one handle them???

The place to start is with the bowel followed by the Liver and Kidneys. A Total Body Cleanse would be in order to fully detoxify these organs. Female Formula (for women), and the Male Energy Formula (for men) would help to balance the hormones and bring about homeostasis on a glandular level. One mineral that is necessary for healthy skin is sulphur. This can be found in MSM, DMSO, and naturally in garlic and onions. Additonal cleansing of the Kidneys might be in order as your body will use your skin as a back-up elimination organ if the Kidneys are not functioning at peak. Further detox of the skin itself could be done with strenuous exercise while doing all of the above. Dr. Christopher was a fanatic when it came to "skin brushing", and this action would help dramatically as part of the program.

As I said above, there is also a genetic factor to take into consideration so you might be able to have them fade away into almost nothingness, but there is the chance of having the slightest shadow still remaining even after all the above has been done.

I'd still go for it, if I were you ;o)

Love,

Doc

PS. Most people don't get enough high quality exercise. They just don't. This is probably the one factor that gets ignored the most. The old adage of "Use it, or lose it" was never more true then when dealing with bodies. I know marathon runners who eat a garbage diet that would kill you or me, and yet who are overall in a fairly good condition of health. It's their exercise level that saves them. That strenuous exercise keeps all of those internal flows open and moving. You can't beat running as an exercise. The only other regimen that even comes close is rebounding on one of those mini trampolines.

[herbal remedies] To Doc

This is for Doc or anyone who might be able to help. I am 42 years old and recently I've noticed small light brown spots on my forearms and my hands. They are very light right but some of them are starting to turn a little darker over time. I think these used to be called age spots. Not sure though. My questions are, what causes them and how might I get rid of them, if I can? Being a nurse you'd think I would know this but I don't. I have noticed them on most of the older and elderly people I take care of, but never knew much about them. Hope you can help me with this. Thanks a bunch in advance. :o)

Many Blessings
