Guest guest
My pleasure, Suzi. There are many things that are a great help, as everyone on the list knows, and, as an ex-dancer with permanent damage to ankles and knees, I think I have used just about every natural remedy for pain/inflammation and internal scarring that you can possibly imagine; and while most of my peers have undergone arthroscopic and far less elegant surgeries, I have managed to avoid the blade, regenerate some cartilage and radically reduce scar tissue. Oh yeah.....I don't hurt, either. ;-) on 02/16/2003 18:21, Suzanne Nottmeier at suziesgoats wrote: Susan, thank you for coming out of lurk mode.... i'll have to keep boswellia in mind.... I've found it, in combination with MSM and mineral ascorbates, to be quite helpful for chronically inflamed soft tissue in both knees. Susan I am not familiar with it but if is in inflamation I would recommend MSM.
