Guest guest
I've been using Boswellia for some time. It is in my formula (from the health food store) for joint health, along with turmeric, bromelain, quercetin, and a couple of other things. I also use MSM. I frankly can't tell if they are helping my tennis elbow, which I've had for a year since moving house. But none of these things upsets my stomach. Bromelain is from pineapples, and is very good for the digestion as well so perhaps this could be the reason it doesn't bother mine. As everybody here knows I've been to India, and the herbs and spices are very therapeutic. They are ubiquitous, as they are used so much in food. IMHO they promote digestion in general. Guest guest
Francine, Try the deep tissue oil on your tennis elbow.... I had tendonitis in the foot... and it helped tremendously.... even better when I put a wrap on top . Suzi "Francine <feisner" <feisner wrote: I've been using Boswellia for some time.
