Guest guest
I think many of us here have had the very pleasant experience of taking some herb or supplement or making a dietary change, and experiencing results that were completely unexpected. I had started taking Quercetin some time ago, as I had read alot about the benefits of various bioflavonoids for your circulatory system. What was unexpected was that it seemed to control my itchy skin. I was born with atopic skin, which means having a general tendency toward being allergic. Allergies and asthma run in my family, but I am lucky, more or less, inasmuch as my allergic tendency has never been life-threatening. But ever since I could remember, I was always itching. Now, since I take the quercetin, I hardly ever experience this. I even forget to shower sometimes, whereas I used to take 2-3 showers a day not out of compulsion but because I was so uncomfortable...! Anyway, I don't know if it would work for everyone, but I do suggest that people at least give it a try if you have allergies of any kind.
