Hi Anna,

I seriously doubt that the cayenne is making you queasy. Since onions and garlic can do this I would suspect them as you have just recently added them into your diet. I do hope that you are not cooking the garlic. It needs to be taken raw or you will lose many of the benefits that are destroyed by heating it. Same goes with the onion. Try a little ginger for the queasy tummy and see if that helps. Also make sure that you spread those 12 cloves of garlic out over the whole day and not just downing them at supper time. This will help quite a bit too.

HTH,

I want to thank all of you who have replied to my message and have been trying the cayenne pepper treatment. I have to tell you that my energy level is better after 4 days of use. But my stomache is very quesy especially in the middle of the night, does the cayenne take time to get used to since I don't normally like spicy foods? Or I wonder if it could be the garlic and onions I have been diligently adding to my normal meals? I have used 2 onions and about 10 cloves of garlic over the last 4 days (which is a 100% increase to my normal diet). Thanks again

I love onions, garlic and spicey foods. Despite this, sometimes onions make me a bit unsettled. Get some organic peppermint and catnip and make a tea of equal parts. It is very soothing to the digestion and relaxing too.
