If it isn'at an antidepressant, what is it? I noticed

it calmed me down when I needed to mellow out.

Hmmmmmmmmm, just checked the URL I've been using for years, and it says it's currently down???

http://www.down-syndrome.com/

Type "Sierra Clinic" into a research engine, and take it from there ;o)

Love,

Doc

PS. I personally am not in agreement with injections, even though I'm convinced that it wouldn't hurt. DMSO is so permeable, I have to ask, "Why inject it if it goes through any cell wall including bone within 15 seconds???". All of my patients who I've recommended taking it, take it internally (orally).

PPS. Ask Ann Webb (one of our moderators) how well William (her son) has progressed over the last year and a half with handling his autism problems. ;o)

MJ, This was a post from Doc in the articles.... He has the info on Sierra - not me.. All I can suggest is do a search on the web... until he answers. You should be able to get the USP Pharmaceutical Grade at your local drug store or possibly at your local Heathfood store. If you can't, give me a call or e-mail me privately. A lot of "healthfood stores" carry a very inferior brand in plastic. Do not buy this type. DMSO will eventually dissolve plastic over a long period of time. The USP Pharmaceutical grade is stored in brown glass with either a teflon or wax top. This is the variety that is used by the Sierra Clinic to inject into Down Syndrome children to correct that condition.

Doc,

Search engines point you to the down-syndrome.com domain you posted below.

However, if you look at the whois record for that domain you get this:

Sierra Clinics, Inc.PO Box 3177Walnut Creek, CA 94598(510) 935-6261 (FAX) (510)932-5780

Their domain record expired on 11-Feb-2003 so they are off the DNS servers and unavailable until it's renewed. That's why the URL doesn't work.

Hope that helps,

Hello mjh,

The website is: http://www.down-syndrome.com

I have not taken my son there, as I didn't want such an invasive procedure (injections) for him - also the costs were prohibitive for me.

But I am giving him the liquid DMSO, and he's doing well on it.

BTW, my son has Down's Syndrome.

love,

Lisa
