Suzie's idea of keeping a journal to see what triggers it is a good one. In addition to noticing whatyou ate, you should also notice any 'feelings' 'aura' 'images' 'impressions' you have during this subtle initial phases of this. These images and feelings will be according to Mindel and in my own experience in clearing up skin rashes of emotional origen, at the root of the emotional complex that fuels this, assuming it is an emotional connection, which you seem to be suggesting it is. If you can identify the point at which your emotions, images, memory-auras, are feeding into this physical symptom ( diverting energy into it ), and if you can then withdraw your input of energy into that mind-body loop, it should alleviate the condition and stop it from recurring so long as you do not rechannel the energy back into (divert it into ) the physical condition, unless there is some unaddressed health issue that is a major contributing influence...

Yes, I really believe this. It has been my experience that finding such roots has the power to release all sorts of symptoms.

Suzi,

Thanks for your reply to my 'skin' question. It starts so slowly and subtly, hardly noticeable at first and then continues to

escalate. It first started when I was under a huge amount of emotional/mental stress and trauma last summer/fall. I can't see where I am doing, using, eating anything really different than I ever did. As soon as I move out of the awful trailer (I sense that there's mold in here), in 1 1/2 weeks I'll do an internal cleansing. Meanwhile I had to go on Prednisone for 12 days. Thanks for the tip of checking/searching for 'eczema' in the data base.

Peace, Light and Love,

Granny Earth
