Guest guest
I've not been diagnosed with anxiety/panic attacks but it feels like it. gasping for air, shaking, dry mouth and since i've experienced this I am now more nervous...someone says they noticed that I have tremors, that means my neck and shoulders get so tense that I feel like my head is shaking or bobbing. what types of herbal remedies are good for being nervous/anxiety/panic? lelakumi
Guest guest
Here's how I feel...I dread being center of attention, where everyone is looking at me...especially infront of a big group of people...I do things in my church and have responsibilities...I never felt this way before. I get really nervous when I have to talk with my boss, or someone who has authority or someone with a strong character. I notice that most of the time my neck and shoulders are so tense sometimes even driving..At work when I have to help a customer I notice that I start to feel the tension building up in the neck and shoulders when I am talking with the customer. I never felt pain. those " attacks " came unexpectedly...now that I noticed when the " attacks " happened I try to avoid those situations but honestly I can't or I won't I force myself to speak infront a group of people etc...I don't want to end up like some people who's afraid to getting out of the house... Someone told me I have tremors and since then I am more conscious of that too...wondering if anyone notices it or see how nervous I am... I am diagnosed w/ Graves disease, thryoid disorder/ overactive thryroid.. and doc is trying to see if that is the cause of it..my doc says by this next time my throid level should be normal and if I still feel this nervousness than it could be something else...I am also taking atenolol for heart palpations but honestly it's not working... I hope this give you are more idea of what I'm experiencing. thank you for your concern. It really means a lot to me. lelakumi herbal remedies , Suzanne Nottmeier <suziesgoats> wrote: > > Lelakumi, > First, is there any stress in your life??? How are your eating habits? Guest guest
From what I just read it sounds like most of your symptoms are from the Graves disease.... check out this website http://www.thyroid-info.com/articles/hyperthyroidism-faq.htm#1 and i would suggest a total body cleanse to start with right now.(recipe in the files).. and then you might want to make that "free call" to Doc.. his number is in the files.. I'm sure he can help you. Guest guest
Adrenal exhaustion also may create these problems. You may want to check for "Adrenal exhaustion" at web. Good luck. Guest guest
Some people have an allergy to caffeine that shows up as mental problems, such as anxiety/panic attacks. Jean Carper's Food Your miracle medicine is an excellent source of knowledge about that. See if limiting or cutting off the caffeine for a few weeks helps Erin
