Spring Cleanse Questions

I worked through the instructions for the cleanse in more detail

tonight and realized I had three questions:

1. What are epsom salts? I take it I'm not use the Celtic salt

here? Where do I buy them?

2. On the 3 juice fast days, is it OK to continue to put a

banana in my total nutrition, or am I supposed to leave it out?

(Oh, I hope this 1/2 banana gets to stay

3. On week 3, the sample schedule has a shower at 7:15 and again

at 8:30?! Also, the 8:30 shower specifies 7 hot/cold reps, vs.

the general directions of 3 times of 3 min hot 1 min cold. And

only 10 minutes are allotted for this shower and dressing. I'm

sure there's a mistake here, but I've no idea what was intended.

Anyone know?

For putting in your bath for detox - get them at any pharmacy section at Walmart, K-mart, Walgreens, etc.

Celtic Salt is different. IT's salt.2.
