Guest guest
Sandy, Have you had her iron levels tested? She could be anemic. Muscle aching usually has to do with calcium and magnesium deficiencies but there may be a connection between the bruising and the muscle aches. I'd take her for some blood tests to be on the safe side. Is she also feeling tired? How old is she? ILANA xoxo Sandy Keller wrote: No reason. It is my daughter. She bruises real easy and can't remember hitting the spot that is bruised and she said that her muscles ache too. I figured the bruising would have to do with her blood and the aches maybe a lack of potassium ( this is a very uneducated guess ). I was just wondering if someone else may have some ideals. Guest guest
PANTHER PISS!!!!!!! FOR BEGINNERS....Sandy Keller <lek wrote: She is 28 and she doesn't live with me . I was talking to her on the phone . Yes she is tired all the time. She says she hasn't any energy. I am so new to this but I told her there should be some herbs she could take to help her. The only book I have on herbs is "Prescription for Nutritional Healing" by Phyllis A. Balch and James F. Balch, M.D. I had sent her one and told her to look in there and maybe it might have something. I am not sure how you guys rate this book but it is what got me looking into herbs and cures.Sandyherbal remedies , Ilana Grostern wrote:> Sandy,> Have you had her iron levels tested? Guest guest
Sandy, The first thing she has to do is get her blood levels checked. She could be anemic but she has to get a blood test to confirm. How are her periods? Does she lose a lot of blood each cycle? I really think she should see a doc for some tests and then she'll at least have something to work with. It could be a whole number of things, but easy bruising is always something you want to watch out for. It could be a clotting problem, even, especially if she's not hurting herself. Also, what's her diet like? ILANA xoxo Sandy Keller wrote: She is 28 and she doesn't live with me . I was talking to her on the phone . Yes she is tired all the time. She says she hasn't any energy. Guest guest
I guess I'm a beginner then, cause I take it too. Just kidding. I know what you meant. I really wanted to say that PP has boosted my energy level very noticably. My wife and I both take it three times a day, along with the Total Tonic, though we also take an extra blast of tonic before bed. PP is so simple, yet so effectual, it is amazing!! Guest guest
I just love testimonials... Panther Piss Formula1 – Cup of Organic Blackstrap Molasses1 – Cup of Organic Apple Cider VinegarAll you have to do is mix the two ingredients together and then stir. Store your mixture in a mason jar or some other glass container. Refrigeration is not necessary but can be done if you prefer it cold as some do. The suggested dosage is between two and three tablespoons a day. SuziJohn Ybarra <deuteronomy2929 wrote: I guess I'm a beginner then, cause I take it too. Justkidding. I know what you meant. Guest guest
We always take ours before the Tonic. Makes the tonic not burn as much.
