Jennie,

You don't want pill form if you can use tea or tincture... many times you can substitute vinegar... or make the tincture and then boil it to dissolve the alcohol.

 

The reason why teas and tinctures are king, is because the biochemicals of the herbs have already been extracted and are very assimilable. Powders in capsules can sometimes be next to impossible to absorb if a person's digestion is very poor or compromised.

 

What herb are you wanting to use???

I am also allergic to coffee, chocolate, caffeine as well as carob. I tried St John Wort for a week once and felt ill over that too!!! I had this numbing feeling when I took it and my head felt foggy to boot!! Any help appreciated & Thanks in advance...

For Tea and Tincture use same amount of each ingredient.)4 parts Skullcap Herb4 parts Oat Seed2 parts St. John’s Wort Flower1 part Celery Seed1 part Lavender1 part Coffee Bean1 part Kola Nut1 part Ephedra (Optional)Solution = water/alcohol = 100 Proofand I would add DMSO to this formula if it were me..... DMSO is amazing stuff. Suzi
