Tea and Tincture use same amount of each ingredient

Jennie,

You don't want pill form if you can use tea or tincture... many times you can substitute vinegar... or make the tincture and then boil it to dissolve the alcohol.

The reason why teas and tinctures are king, is because the biochemicals of the herbs have already been extracted and are very assimilable. Powders in capsules can sometimes be next to impossible to absorb if a person's digestion is very poor or compromised.

What herb are you wanting to use???

What do those of us that are allergic to alcohol use? I have not had alcohol in over 11 years due to alcohol poisoning!!!! Any way to get this in pill form? minus that ingredient?? I am also allergic to coffee, chocolate, caffeine as well as carob. I tried St John Wort for a week once and felt ill over that too!!! I had this numbing feeling when I took it and my head felt foggy to boot!! Any help appreciated & Thanks in advance...
