Guest guest
Hi all, I am trying to gather all the herbs needed to make the BF & C tincture. The recipe calls for mullein. My health food store carries both mullein flowers and mullein leaf. Which do I need for this tincture? Also, I couldn't find several other herbs for tinctures I want to make and am wondering if they have other common names - gravel root, oak bark, skullcap, walnut bark, calamus root, cactus grandiflorus, rosemary flowers? I couldn't locate any of these. Thanks, Jo _____ This email communication may contain CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION WHICH ALSO MAY BE LEGALLY PRIVILEGED and is intended only for the use of the intended recipients identified above.
