You could, but it won't be as effective as using the blender. If you juice it, it won't continue to pull the goodies out of the plant matter as it does when you blend and store in a jar for a few weeks, and then press the dickens out of it ;o)

Doc, I've been just leaving the plant matter in the jar and consuming

that also. (I usually put it in my soup or other food I'm eating.) Is

that okay, or is it more beneficial to press it out?

Thanks,

Fern

Nope. Works perfectly fine that way.

I like the "mash" on my roast beef when I have it once every other month or so instead of horse radish. Tastes awesome.

I agree! Just had some tonight on my (organic, pasture-raised) steak!

Better than A-1 sauce any day. :)

I got my parents started on Total Tonic this past winter, and for the

first time in a number of years, my father didn't have the bad flu

that he had been having for several weeks every year.

I LOVE Total Tonic with olive oil as a salad dressing.

And since I have been taking it, I have not had a

cold, bronchitis, or a single allergy attack. I used

to have TERRIBLE seasonal allergies. Not now, even

when I mow the lawn (my worst time). Good Stuff!!
