Guest guest
Actually, onions are potentially toxic to cats & dogs. They can cause hemolytic anemia in both cats and dogs. You can visit www.aspca.org and there is a link to the Animal Poison Control Center. It also has a listing as to what household plants are toxic to pets. Also, grapes and raisins are toxic to dogs and tomatoes are toxic for cats. -Jo Message: 12 Mon, 21 Jul 2003 14:42:59 -0700 " Dragonhealer " <dragonhealing Re: Re: pet diets Onions are not bad for dogs unless you give them too much and nothing or little else. Add sprouted rice to your new dog's food mix, it will help him/her adjust and gain a little weight. Use certified organic produce and meat in your recipes, just like you would for your human family ;-) _____ This email communication may contain CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION WHICH ALSO MAY BE LEGALLY PRIVILEGED and is intended only for the use of the intended recipients identified above.
