Guest guest
I've heard the heat is in the seeds...in habanero, cayenne...and otherpeppers. GayeGaye, May be... but I have found that it seems to be the juice that gets me.. but maybe it's the seeds causing the juice to be hot... but if you wash your hands, not just rinse them.. you'll be okay. Gaye I've heard it was the seeds and the pulp matter that the seeds are held in. I like to dry out our pepper seeds, habs, serranos, jalepenos, etc, then put them in the pepper mill and grind them.
