Guest guest
Boy, never heard of that one. She should give me a call and go over the entire expanation of it with me. I think we could then figure it out. ;o) Good on ya for getting rid of all that stuff. LOL It is a relief, isn't it. If you're sure about the source of the soy, then I'd say go ahead. Just know before you go. When you're ready for that free call, just call the office and set up an appointment. The number's below. Haddaway Dr. Ian Shillington ; herbal remedies Saturday, July 19, 2003 12:39 AM [herbal remedies] CEPO, phone calls, and organic soybeans Dear Doc, Sorry it took me so long to find this info but besides working, I am sorting out four households of stuff to move. Dad left his stuff here when he moved out with his new girlfriend, two renters, myself, and my cousin... hmmm... that's five. Did I mention that I am mathematically challenged when tired? Any way this it the info for my friend. CEPO: chronic progressive external opthalmoplegia mitochondria GDB 9958164. I gave her a kit for a Candida cleanse, figured that was a good wayfor her to start. The prognosis via AMA is not good. Hence her deep desire to make some serious changes in her lifestyle. The other question I have refers to my understanding of the problems with soy. I have a source of Non HMO soybeans raised without pesticide or chemical fertilizers on a two year crop rotation. (I so realize that you need to have a four year rotation to gain the certified organic rating.) While this farm has been in the family since 1883, the other land in the area to buy to make his place large enough to be able to make it feasible for his to get bank loans to invest in more machinery to switch to a four year rotation has been used by those who used chemicals in the past, and he doesn't want to touch it. Would you like to have his email and contact number? For the small amount of soy I use (I sprout it and then make soymilk from it at home using the soyajoy machine and occasionally use it for bread or to add to my brown rice. A spoonful is yummy when thrown in my rice steamer... Take your time answering, I been reading up and you are one busy dude! Re: the free phone call, I would like to call the first weekend of August after I have finished getting rid of all this stuff and moved to my smaller place and caught my breath. As for the 18 points to improve my life and take ownership of my health, what comes to mind at once is the following... So far I have taken nine HUGE boxes of fabric and patterns and blessed a local woman with the means to have her own doll making business along with Ginnys Genes and some other dolls for her to use as models, dress dummies, etc. I have provided approx. 400 pounds of non organic beans, rice, and scads of pasta to the local food bank and I still have about twelve feet of pantry to sort and give away. My pantry is bigger then most folks bathroom. (But then my kitchen is bigger then most folks living room... I sure will miss that my kitchen and pantry... I do so love to cook.) I have emptied my garage over half way, stripped my linen closet, clothes closet, and all the dressers. I have given away most of the furniture and bedding, bed frames, chairs, couches etc. Did I mention that I am moving from a 4 bedroom 4000 square foot rambling old farm house (that included my bookstore and the garage of course) to a 900 sq foot bottom basement of a duplex in town? I may not be taking a lot of stuff, but I am taking dozens of buckets of the lovely compost I have been working on for years... Thankfully there is a patch of yard I can have a container garden on. I am giving about 75% of what I owned away and I can't wait for it to be gone. It's amazing how much stuff there was after everyone moved out. I am not thrilled to be the one to sort through the years of stuff my Dad saved, but it will be a blessing for the local thrift stores, that's for sure. I walk and do Callenetics, (yes it's supposed to be spelled that way, its a exercise program designed by Callen Pickney for folks who busted their back like me or have some other spinal defect) stretches, and I use an Ab Doer I bought in a thrift store three times a week. I can't run, jog, climb stairs or bounce as I have only partial kneecaps, a birth defect I passed on to my daughter, dang it. Can't remember anything else that struck me after reading your 18 points, been doing many of them all my adult life. Have a wonderful weekend!
